Tour in a Box LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Mahj Parlour, a mobile application for iOS (the "App"). Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create and maintain an account, we collect information such as your email address, display name, username, and avatar selection. This information is used to identify you within the App and power profile and social features.
Gameplay and Social Data
We collect and store game-related and social data including your game history, scores, statistics, friend connections, friend requests, game invites, and referral activity. This data is used to provide multiplayer functionality, progression, matchmaking, and social features.
Purchase Information
Purchases and subscriptions within Mahj Parlour are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and restoration. We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details or other full financial account information. Diagnostic Data
Our integrated service providers may process limited diagnostic and technical data needed to support authentication, purchases, cloud sync, service reliability, and troubleshooting.
Advertising and Analytics Data
We use third-party advertising and analytics services to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This includes anonymous device identifiers, app usage events, device information, and app version.
Social Features
If you use our social features, information needed for those features may be visible to other players you interact with, including your display name, username, avatar selection, friend status, invite activity, and in-game actions.

- Provide and maintain accounts, gameplay, progression, and the App experience
- Enable multiplayer functionality, friend connections, invites, and referrals

- With other players: Information that powers multiplayer and social features may be visible to other players as needed for the App to function, including your display name, username, avatar selection, friend status, invite activity, and in-game actions.
- Advertising and analytics providers: We share limited analytics and advertising measurement data with our third-party advertising and analytics providers. This data does not include your name, email, or payment information.
- Service providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the App and its core infrastructure, including cloud hosting, authentication, and subscription management, subject to confidentiality and service obligations.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
- Business transfers: In connection with any merger, sale, or transfer of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove or anonymize applicable account data, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
Data Security
Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud services, including Firebase/Google Cloud, and subscription infrastructure provided through Apple and RevenueCat. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Mahj Parlour is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
