How do I create or reset my account?
You can create an account when you first open the app using your email address or Apple Sign-In. If you need to reset your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the sign-in screen. If you're having trouble accessing your account, contact us at the email below and we'll help you get back in.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. You'll see Mahj Parlour listed there, where you can change your plan or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I add friends and play together?
To add a friend, go to the Friends section in the app and search by their display name or share your invite link. Once you're connected, you can start a private game and invite your friends to join your table.
Which Mahjong rules does the app use?
Mahj Parlour is built specifically for American Mahjong using the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) rules and card. We update the app each year to support the latest NMJL card.
